The Very Best of is a compilation CD album from three previous Erotic Moods albums plus two new cuts done for this release, giving a total of 15 tracks and about an hour of music.

This music is a combination of several different styles, including New Age Ambient, World Pop, Dance Groove, Jazz, and Trance Music. Let's put it all together, and call it Electronic Soul-how's that? This music is for those who like calming New Age music but want something with a little rhythm and movement that will not put them to sleep. There is a moderately-paced, entrancing, indigenous groove throughout the entire album with each song morphing into the next. Even though the tempo stays the same, there is quite a bit of variation moving from richly layered orchestration to mellow Spanish guitar to Jazzy saxophone to angelic choirs.

Over all, I call The Very Best of Erotic Moods emotionally cheerful and optimistic. This is a good album to decompress a busy complicated day with. You can hear samples of the songs on the website at neurodisc.com or order directly from the same Neurodisc Records address listed above.
