 The
Perfect Spanish Guitar. That is what you will find in Colors
del Alma, a new album by Eric Hansen. His playing is smooth,
clean and full. I found this album a joy to listen to while
driving, relaxing after work, exercising or just doing nothing.
Eric plays with just the right amount of
accompaniment. The drums, bass, clapping and occasional other
instruments fill the atmosphere without hiding any of the
crisp strumming and finger picking that is the beauty of this
album. Eric combines Jazz flavor with a little Middle East
to his Flamenco style.
This album is a wonderful surprise that
I highly recommend.
