I
just cannot offer enough laudatory adjectives to describe
this fascinating book! From the aesthetics of the cover design
and page layout to the resources and wonderful (thank you
Macha!) glossary, this book is a visual delight. Although
the main theme of Witchcraft and the Web is the many
ways in which the internet can be used to connect with other
Wiccan communities or covens, it becomes so much more. The
web becomes the web that connects us all-the web of the Spider
Goddess from ancient American Indian traditions, the web and
spiral of the galaxies and our own DNA. Macha Nightmare has
written a clear, concise account of the religion with the
most wonderful sidebars defining the terminology and deities,
both historical and modern. Witch, Wiccan, or Cowan, this
one is a must-have.
