Spellcraft for Teens: A Magickal Guide to Writing & Casting SpellsGwinevere Rain is an 18-year-old who discovered Wicca when she was only 14. She began writing on the subject at 16 years old after researching the topic of witchcraft and the religion of Wicca for an hour each day. This may not sound like a great deal of time, but when was the last time you worked an hour of research into each day for two years? This fun little book teaches teens about the positive aspects of the dual deities of Wicca-the God and the Goddess-as well as how to cast spells for positive change in their lives. Topics such as creating prosperity, finding inner beauty, and stopping gossip are particularly relevant for teens who struggle with an ever-changing world, more complex social demands, and more school work than in past decades. I am impressed with Rain's healthy attitude and vigilance in encouraging teens to take the high road in their struggles for independence and happiness.
