Delusion versus Reality
by Debby Bruck (Click here for full text)

Debby's thought-provoking talk inspires self-examination. Meditate on feelings, thoughts, and motives which stimulate further questions as you hear ideas based upon the Old Testament. Each edition incorporates a psalm which speaks to the heart, and includes a guided imagery to calm the body. Debby has been writing philosophical articles for Innerchange since 2000. She is a homeopath and a student of Kabbalah. Debby teaches private qigong lessons utilizing yoga, dance, guided imagery and meditation to promote relaxation and stress reduction.

This month's talk entitled, "Delusion versus Reality," is dedicated to my mentor Melissa Burch of InnerHealth, Cambridge, Massachusetts. A woman of fortitude and vision, Melissa motivates her apprentices to pursue their dreams and goals. Together we strive to help heal the earth by creating bonds of communication - spreading the good work of homeopaths around the world. An exemplary model for moving forward through obstacles, illness, and set-backs of all kinds, Melissa has been my guiding light to continue learning, studying, and helping others unravel their inner fears, worries, phobias, nightmares and delusions so that we may evolve into kinder, gentler human beings.

Thank you for hosting Debby's online audio column. I have just listened to "Justice, Justice" from the August-September 2006 edition. Her enunciation is clear and voice pleasantly modulated. Her talk is cogent, well thought out, and organized. In this age when life seems devoid of meaning and an exercise in futility, her words proclaim a divine purpose to life and provide a spark of hope for the listener.
~ Dr. Richard S., Far Rockaway, NY
