Dear Readers…

Out with the old ~ in with the new!

This phrase certainly applies to the end of 2006 and the beginning of 2007. A natural time to express gratitude for the past and to look forward to a fresh start.

But this phrase also relates to other aspects of our lives—our thoughts, our habits, our clothes, to name a few. It also refers to our spiritual practice. Maybe it's time to let go of the old—the safe, accepted, organized religion—and embrace something new—a practice for you, created by you, honoring YOU. A personal approach that integrates the most meaningful aspects of time-honored traditions with your true, individualized spiritual nature that helps you to fully express the path you are traveling. The articles in this issue illuminates this idea.

Innerchange will be letting go of the old, and embracing the new this coming year. Working with a new business partner, Kit Luciano, has been fun and exciting, and has helped to gently blow the dust off the surface, so to speak. Innerchange will engage in expanded content, a new look and feel, and cutting-edge upgrades to our website this next year. It is time for us to fully grasp our new motto ~ LIVE IT! Are you ready?
