Debby's thought-provoking talk inspires self-examination. Meditate on feelings, thoughts, and motives which stimulate further questions as you hear ideas based upon the Old Testament. Each edition incorporates a psalm which speaks to the heart, and includes a guided imagery to calm the body. Debby has been writing philosophical articles for Innerchange since 2000. She is a homeopath and a student of Kabbalah. Debby teaches private qigong lessons utilizing yoga, dance, guided imagery and meditation to promote relaxation and stress reduction.
This special issue comes in two parts. Part II is a meditation.
Like Rain from Heaven, water refers to a spiritual essence that soaks the parched earth. Needing moisture from our surroundings, our bodies yearn for water, this spiritual sustenance. How can we nurture our souls? Psalms 98:4 expresses the joy man and earth receive in the universal language of music.

Testimonials:
Thank you for hosting Debby's online audio column. I have just listened to "Justice, Justice" from the August-September 2006 edition. Her enunciation is clear and voice pleasantly modulated. Her talk is cogent, well thought out, and organized. In this age when life seems devoid of meaning and an exercise in futility, her words proclaim a divine purpose to life and provide a spark of hope for the listener.
